What time is check-in & check-out? Where do I drop off / pick up my son?
Check in is 7:00a on Wednesday July 28th @ Hitchcock Hall (1626 E 115th St).
Check out is 1:30p on Saturday July 31st @ Hitchcock Hall.
What is the cost of the camp?
The total cost of the camp is $150(4 days, 3 nights, all meals included).
Checks and money orders can be made out to Case Western Reserve University.
An initial $50 non refundable deposit has been due since July 15.**
** If the initial $50 deposit has not been paid, please bring the deposit on the morning of check-in, and we will work with you regarding a schedule for the remaining balance.
A second $50 payment is expected by the morning of check-in.
The final $50 payment must be paid by the first regular season game (August 27).
What should my son bring?
Refer to the camp checklist file in the attachments below for more details. Your son will be provided water and beverages throughout the camp; however, your son may bring some of his own as extra.
Also, all physical forms and emergency contact info must be turned in during check in if it’s not already done so.
When / Where is the team barbeque?
Friday July 30th 8:00p @ the CWRU football field. All parents are welcomed to attend.
When is the inter-squad scrimmage?
Saturday July 31st 11:30a at CWRU football field. All parents are welcome to attend.
Check out from Hitchcock Hall will take place afterwards.
