- Download and print the Stat Pledge card in the attachment at the bottom of this page.
- Fill out the card: check desired stat categories, and complete your contact information at the bottom of the card.
- Mail to the address at the bottom of the card (Stat Pledge 2010, PO Box 32631, Cleveland, OH, 44132).
- After the end of the season, once the statistical categories are known, you will be invoiced for the amount of your tax deductible pledge.
